Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Log into your account and select the 'Request Return' option next to your order history.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the eyewear, original case, and cleaning cloth back into the original shipping box.

• 3.
  Attach Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and secure it to the outside of the package.

• 4.
  Drop Off

  Take your package to any authorized courier drop-off point. Your refund will be processed within 5 business days of receipt.
